Mindfulness Walks
Our Reconnect and Revitalise mindfulness walks combines ancient wisdom with modern practices, allowing you to ground yourself, find inner peace, and connect with the natural world. It's the ultimate press pause for busy people! Running weekday evenings Tuesday and Thursday 6pm-8pm (seasonally) and weekends 10am-12pm across the peak district. Longshaw

The Longshaw Circular Walk is a delightful journey through the heart of the Peak District. Starting from the Longshaw Estate, this trail takes you through a variety of landscapes, including ancient woodlands, open moorlands, and serene ponds. The walk offers stunning views of the surrounding peaks and valleys. Along the way, you might spot local wildlife including sheep, cows and a variety of birds. The trail is well-marked and suitable for walkers of all abilities.
Padley Gorge

The Padley Gorge has a captivating trail that winds through one of the most beautiful woodlands in the Peak District. This walk takes you along the enchanting Padley Gorge, known for its cascading Burbage Brook and ancient, moss-covered trees. Did you know Padley Gorge is one of the last temperate rain forests in England? The trail is less well-marked than others and has uneven terrain so not suitable for those unsteady on their feet.
Baslow to Chatsworth circular

Home to the Devonshire family for generations Chatsworth is an estate well known across the world for it's cinematic appearances in movies such as 2005's Pride and Prejudice. With this scenic walk around the grounds you might catch a glimpse of the famous red deer, and are sure to leave with stunning views of Edensor and more! The trail is well-marked and suitable for walkers of all abilities.
