Rhiannon is an MCMA recognised and qualified Life Coach, Holistic and Mindfulness Practitioner, Neuro-Linguistic Programming specialist, Spiritual Life Coach and the founder of Nord-Essence.

Before founding Nord-Essence she spent the majority of her career specialising in customer service, project management and equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives. Going on to gain fCMgr status for her leadership and management practices. 

Rhiannon has always had an intrinsic need to help others, and after growing fed up with participating in the endless cycle of the rat race we call modern living, she decided she needed a more nature inspired approach based on the wisdom of our ancestors; and so Nord-Essence was born.

Rhiannon describes herself as a coffee drinking, crystal collecting, bookworm, cat-mum, intuitive card reader and alignment coach who is deeply inspired and connected to nature. Her role is to help you realign to and connect with yourself and the natural world around you, honouring the wisdom of all the fellow witchy people who have come before her.

 Cameron has an eclectic mix of experience that means he wears many hats here at Nord-Essence. Like Rhiannon, Cameron had grown equally tired of the rat race, and decided it was time to bring the two parts of his life together which is what inspired him to co-found Nord-Essence.

Before that, Cameron spent his career developing his skills in project management and lean manufacturing practices. Going on to become a subject matter expert on Kaizen and Six Sigma principles and becoming a Production Manager at just 25! Following over a decade going from Apprentice to Leader in his field, Cameron continues to specialise in Continuous Improvement.

Outside of work Cameron had always enjoyed the outdoors and nature. From growing up in the wild woods of Derbyshire, having the Peak District’s majestic peaks and caverns as his playground, to camping all over Europe - He has a wealth of experience and passion for outdoor pursuits. Including navigation, trekking and connecting with nature like our ancestors did.

Additionally Cameron has also been practicing and teaching Tai Chi and Meditation for over a decade putting him in the unique position of not only mastering excellence in leadership but also mastering mindfulness and holistic practices.

So now Cameron gets to help you realign to and connect with the world around you, immersing you in natures wisdom, whilst building leaders and teams who thrive.
