Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Purchase

Gift vouchers can be purchased by contacting us: Contact@Nord-Essence.co.uk 

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Your Proof of Purchase and the Voucher will then be sent to you via email for you to share with the recipient. 

Value

Gift vouchers are available in various denominations. They cannot be purchased for a value less than £5 or more than £500.

Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.

Redemption

Gift vouchers can be redeemed against all products and services available on our website: www.Nord-Essence.co.uk They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. For a full list of our products and services, please click here.

Non-Refundable

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given if the purchase price of the product/service is less than the value of the voucher. However you can use the voucher against more than one service at the time in order to use the value on the voucher.

Non-Transferable 

Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person to whom they are issued.

Lost/Stolen 

Nord-Essence is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Please treat them like cash.

Cancellation

Nord-Essence reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if we deem such action necessary.

Modification

Nord-Essence reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the gift vouchers at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the voucher, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
