Nord-Essence Days
Our Nord-Essence day packages (full and 1/2 day options available) are held at a venue to suit you, where we deliver a series of activities, workshops and exercises designed to enable your teams to effectively navigate change, overcome stress and embody the Nord-Essence ethos.

Our group coaching programme delivers 6 key modules of content at a pace to suit your team. (We recommend one 1/2 day session per month, but this can be adapted.)
